MTH covers all MTH products purchased from an Authorized MTH Retailer with a limited one-year warranty. However, specific requirements must be met for this warranty to be valid. The original dated sales receipt from the Authorized MTH Retailer where the product was purchased must accompany all products returned to MTH for repair under the warranty.

Repairs on MTH products under warranty related to defects in material or workmanship will be made for one year from the date of purchase from an Authorized MTH Retailer, as indicated by the original store receipt that accompanies the returned item. MTH will repair or replace the defective part without charge, if the item is returned to MTH within one year of the original date of purchase.

The MTH warranty does not cover light bulbs or traction tires. It also does not cover damages caused by improper care, handling, or use. In addition, shipping costs incurred by the customer are not covered under this warranty.

Products sent to MTH for repair must have:

a Return Authorization (RA) Number;
a description of the problem; and
the original sales receipt from an Authorized MTH Retailer that clearly identifies the date of purchase.
